The Institute for Visualisation and Interactive Systems conducts the study “Eye Tracking Study for Visually Grounded Natural Language Processing” at the University of Stuttgart and is looking for participants from the students, employees and their families or friends. Participants will be asked to answer questions on images while their eyes are tracked. All recorded data will be anonymized.
They invite adult individuals with
- normal or corrected to normal eye sight (±4 diopters glasses or lenses)
- no other visual impairments
- English proficiency - university degree program in English (currently enrolled or completed) or C1 certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, ...) or native English speakers
- willingness to come to the University of Stuttgart (Campus Vaihingen) for a 60 minute eye tracking session following the SARS-CoV-2 hygiene concept
The 60 minute study will take place under a hygienic protocol and is compensated with 20€. Wearing a mask is mandatory, the workspace will be disinfected for every participant, 30 minutes breaks between sessions and distance measures prevent contact between the participants and the door will be kept open for ventilation.
