The international office has compiled a flyer of pre-departure information for international students planning to arrive soon in Germany.
Additionally, two online sessions are planned to present and discuss the information:
- Web Seminar Travel Preparation
March, 17th at 3pm (German Time UTC +2) - Guidance on Formalities after Arrival
weekly, starting March, 11th at 10am (German Time)

Welcome Packages can be picked up on March 1st in front of the International Center or with an appointment made via e-mail: incoming@ia.uni-stuttgart.de
The pick-up service (guidance from airport/train station to the campus and first steps) offered by the Buddy Program of ready-study-stuttgart is still possible, restrictions apply for students arriving from a COVID-19 risk-area (only online guidance).

The Get connected meetups for all international students will start again in May (6th, 19th, 26th). The meetups will most likely continue to be online.
