Please note that the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering run different procedures for their seminars and labs. This article concerns the CS courses that are managed centrally and registered in advance (=for the next semester). For EE courses you need to check pin boards and websites of the individual institute and register with them at the start of the semester you want to take the course in. Due to this timing mismatch infotech students unfortunately need to plan ahead! If you miss the CS registration there is no guarantee for a seat in an EE seminar/lab, likewise blocking a seat in the CS advance registration that you do not intend to take might have negative repercussions.
Each semester the department of Computer Science offers a variety of seminars, advanced seminars and lab courses / practical courses. Please note that students are limited one seminar and one lab course.
